Nate was extremely good in (i) recommending and selecting the right places, while providing the full picture for each place we visited; (ii) give me the right tips to get a successful (and below market price!) offer; be able to move well through the process of pre-approval and the process between the accepted offer and closing. I have been highly impressed by Nate's professionally and ability to negotiate with the seller, as well as his recommendations throughout the process both about the positive and negative aspect of each house we visited. For example, while visiting an expensive house I initially wanted to buy, Nate told us of several drawbacks to be aware of about some legal caveats that we would not be aware of otherwise (and that the seller had not mentioned it initially). I felt very secure and trusted him. At the end, we were able to buy a beautiful new house in a new building. In the purchase process, Nate was very helpful to be able to lower the price the seller initially asked for, and made sure I was happy with the inspection and with any further request I had after the initial purchase agreement. I am very happy with my purchase as it is the perfect house for me and a great investment. I cannot recommend Nate more.
